A full-scale steel canopy bed combining an elevated sleeping platform, enclosed lower cage and integrated wooden stocks into one imposing architectural structure.

The Dominion Cage Bed is designed around a heavy four-post steel frame. Beneath the mattress platform, welded steel mesh panels create a separate enclosed compartment with a lockable access door, while the upper structure incorporates a solid wooden stocks panel.

The result is a dramatic multifunctional centerpiece with a distinctly industrial character.

Integrated Lower Cage

The lower section of the bed is transformed into a fully integrated steel enclosure.

Rigid welded mesh panels surround the compartment while a framed steel mesh door provides dedicated access. Rather than adding a separate cage beneath an existing bed, the enclosure is incorporated directly into the main structural frame.

This creates a cleaner appearance while allowing the upper sleeping platform and lower compartment to function as one unified piece of furniture.

Integrated Wooden Stocks

A substantial wooden panel spans the upper frame and features three circular openings.

The warm natural grain of the wood creates a striking contrast against the dark steel structure, giving the bed a distinctive visual centerpiece while retaining its industrial aesthetic.

Full Canopy Frame

Four substantial vertical posts extend above the mattress and connect through horizontal steel rails.

The open canopy construction provides additional structural members around the upper perimeter while preserving an open, spacious appearance above the bed.

Integrated Attachment Points

Multiple steel attachment points are incorporated throughout the structure, including positions around the upper frame and mattress platform.
